Our typical three round treatments are Spring, Mid summer, and Fall unless condition of yard requires more attention.

Core aeration removes soil plugs to alleviate compaction, enabling water, oxygen, and nutrients to reach the root zone. Immediate overseeding deposits fresh seed into these holes, enhancing seed-to-soil contact to fill thin areas and promote a denser, healthier turf. When combined with our Frontier Turf Care package, aeration allows our spray to penetrate directly to the roots for faster absorption.

Dethatching improves overall lawn health by physically removing the dense barrier of dead organic debris that blocks air, water, and nutrients from reaching the root zone. Clearing this suffocating layer allows roots to absorb moisture and fertilizers directly, restores vital soil oxygenation, and prevents fungal diseases and pests from breeding in damp thatch, enabling your turf to grow stronger and greener.
